Recipe of the Month: Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
August is still blueberry season, and to match, you can now easily create a delicious blueberry smoothie bowl!
And this is how you make it:
1 frozen banana
100g frozen blueberries
1 ripe avocado
about 4 tbsp almond milk
some agave syrup
Vanilla (pod or extract)
For topping:
Almond butter
Nuts of your choice
Fruits of your choice

And here’s how:
Peel the banana (let thaw for about 5 minutes beforehand) and cut into pieces. Cut the avocado and remove the pit. Use a large spoon to scoop the flesh from the skin. Put all remaining ingredients (split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds with the back of a knife) into a high-performance blender and blend on the highest setting until creamy.
Top with fruits and nuts of your choice.
Enjoy your meal!!
