Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within two weeks without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:
On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods,

or

in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item,

or

in the case of a contract for the delivery of a good in multiple partial shipments or pieces, on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, SOSUE GmbH, Goernestrasse, 20249 Hamburg, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the online downloadable model withdrawal form or any other clear statement to notify us. If you use this option, we will promptly send you an email confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract to:

or hand them over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods if you send them according to our instructions using the logistics partner we specify. Otherwise, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
