Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within two weeks without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:
On which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods,

in the case of a contract for several goods that you ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods,

or

in the case of a contract for the delivery of a single good in several partial shipments or pieces, on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, SOSUE GmbH, Goernestrasse, 20249 Hamburg, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the downloadable online model withdrawal form or submit another clear statement to us. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation by email that we have received your withdrawal.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods if you ship them in accordance with our instructions using the logistics partner specified by us. Otherwise, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality.
