Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within two weeks without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:
On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods,

or

in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered by you in a single order and delivered separately, on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item,

or

in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in multiple partial shipments or pieces, on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, SOSUE GmbH, Goernestrasse, 20249 Hamburg, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use a downloadable model withdrawal form or any other clear statement to notify us. If you use this option, we will promptly send you an email confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract to:

or hand them over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We will bear the costs of returning the goods if you send them according to our instructions using the logistics partner we specify. Otherwise, you will bear the direct costs of the return.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
