Shipping & Payment Terms

Delivery of the ordered goods in Germany takes place within approximately 1-3 business days after full payment. If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods – for example, due to unforeseeably high demand or supplier shortages – we will inform you immediately about any resulting delay.

The shipping cost share in Germany is currently 4.90 EUR (free shipping from 250 €), 15.90 EUR to the EU/UK, and 19.90 EUR internationally. Any import duties or comparable charges are to be borne by you.

In the event of withdrawal, we bear the immediate costs of return shipping.

1. Delivery and Shipping Costs

1.1 Deliveries
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made from stock to the delivery address specified by the customer. After charging your credit card account, we begin the delivery process.

1.2 Prices
The prices stated at the time of order on www.so-sue.com are decisive. These are gross prices, i.e., including the respective statutory VAT and excluding any applicable shipping costs according to section 5.4.

1.3 Domestic and International Shipments
DHL:
We ship domestic shipments with DHL. All shipments via DHL can also be delivered to P.O. box addresses or Packstations. The terms and conditions of DHL apply additionally and can be found at www.dhl.de.

UPS and DHL Express:

International shipping is carried out exclusively via UPS and DHL Express. The shipping costs incurred for this are shown during the ordering process. Delivery times depend on the UPS and DHL Express guidelines of the respective recipient country. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs and import fees may apply, which must be borne by the customer. SOSUE assumes no liability for delays due to customs clearance procedures.

1.4 Shipping Costs
Our goal is to process and ship the order within 48 hours. During the sale season, it may take up to three business days to process the order. The estimated delivery times can only be given as a rough guideline and apply from the shipping date. SOSUE GmbH assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by extreme weather or other unforeseeable circumstances. The periods indicated below apply after the order has been shipped.

1.5 Special Shipping Method
If the customer requests a special type of shipping (e.g., express delivery), they bear the additional costs according to the current UPS price list. The risk of transport passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the carrier, unless the customer is a consumer and the order constitutes a consumer goods purchase.


2. Payment
The purchase price and shipping costs for the ordered items can be paid by the customer using credit card, Paypal, Klarna, Shopify Payments, and bank transfer. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for each order and to refer to another payment method. If the ordered goods are not available, the amount paid in advance will be refunded immediately or credited back to the corresponding credit card.

2.1 Credit Card
Payment by credit card is offered in all countries. Financial information in credit card transactions (card number, expiration date, etc.) is automatically transmitted using an encrypted protocol, without www.so-sue.com or third parties having any access to it. Except for refunds in case of returns, this information is never used again. Please note that this is a direct debit.

2.2 Paypal
Payment with Paypal is offered in all countries. You pay directly via your PayPal account. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal and authorize the order amount there. As soon as our PayPal account has been informed of your authorization, the shipment will take place – depending on the delivery time specified for the item. 2.3 Bank Transfer
Payment by bank transfer in advance is offered in all countries:

You will then receive a confirmation email from us. As soon as we record a payment receipt, we will send you the desired item.

2.4 Online Security
www.so-sue.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security software. This is an asymmetric encryption method on the internet that protects your credit card data during transmission against eavesdropping and manipulation. During transmission on the internet, it is therefore not possible for unauthorized persons to read this data.

2.5 Stripe
www.so-sue.com cooperates with the payment provider Stripe. This is a simple solution for credit card payments. The Privacy Policy can be found here.

2.6 Shopify Payments

SoSUE GmbH offers payment processing via Shopify Payments within the online shop at www.so-sue.com. Shopify Payments is an integrated payment service from Shopify International Ltd., 2nd Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland, which enables a variety of payment methods.

2.6.1 Payment Methods via Shopify Payments

Customers can use the following payment methods via Shopify Payments:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay (for mobile and digital payments)
  • Instant Transfer (Klarna) (only available for certain countries)
  • SEPA Direct Debit (only within the EU)

The available payment methods are automatically displayed during the ordering process and may vary depending on the country.

2.6.2 Payment Processing

  • The payment method is charged immediately after the order is completed.
  • Payment processing is carried out directly via Shopify Payments, which acts as the payment service provider.
  • SOSUE GmbH has no access to the customer's sensitive payment data.
  • Payment information is processed over an encrypted SSL connection.
  • Upon successful transaction, the customer receives a payment confirmation via email.

2.6.3 Security and Data Protection with Shopify Payments

Shopify Payments uses state-of-the-art encryption and security measures to secure payment transactions. All transactions are conducted with PCI-DSS-certified encryption. Data transmission takes place over a TLS (Transport Layer Security)-secured connection to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.

2.6.4 Refunds via Shopify Payments

  • In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original payment.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method and the respective bank.
  • Any fees or currency conversions incurred by third parties (e.g., credit card companies or banks) are not covered by SOSUE GmbH.

2.6.5 Liability & Payment Failures

  • If a payment fails or is charged back for reasons not attributable to SOSUE GmbH, SOSUE GmbH reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the purchase contract.
  • The costs for any chargebacks (e.g., due to insufficient funds or credit card rejection) are borne by the customer.
  • SOSUE GmbH reserves the right to forward the affected claims to a collection agency in case of payment defaults.
