The ordered goods will be delivered within Germany within approximately 1–3 business days after full payment has been received. If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods—for example, due to unexpectedly high demand or supply bottlenecks—we will inform you immediately of any resulting delay.

The shipping cost share within Germany is currently EUR 4.99, to the EU/UK EUR 15.90, and internationally EUR 19.90. Any import duties or comparable charges are to be borne by you.

For the US market, we ship via FedEx DDP for USD 29.90; customs duties are included in the product price.

In the event of cancellation, we bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

1. Delivery and shipping costs

1.1 Deliveries
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made from our warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. Once your credit card account has been charged, we begin the delivery process.

1.2 Prices
The prices stated on www.so-sue.com at the time the order is placed shall apply. These are gross prices, i.e. they include the applicable statutory VAT and exclude any shipping costs that may be incurred in accordance with Section 5.4.

1.3 National and International Shipments
DHL:
We ship domestic consignments with DHL. All consignments sent via DHL can also be delivered to PO box addresses or Packstations. DHL's terms and conditions also apply and can be viewed at www.dhl.de.

UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express:

International shipping is carried out exclusively via UPS and DHL Express, except for the US market, where we use FedEx. The shipping costs incurred are shown during the ordering process. Delivery times are based on the UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx guidelines applicable in the respective recipient country. Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties and import fees, which are to be borne by the customer. SOSUE accepts no liability for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

1.4 Shipping costs
Our goal is to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours. During the sale season, it may take up to three business days to process an order. Estimated delivery times are provided only as general guidelines and apply from the shipping date. SOSUE GmbH accepts no responsibility for any delays caused by extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. The periods stated below apply after the order has been dispatched.

1.5 Special Shipping Method
If the customer requests a special shipping method (e.g., express delivery), they will bear the additional costs incurred according to UPS's current price list. The risk of transport passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless the buyer is a consumer and the order constitutes a consumer goods purchase for them.


2. Payment
The buyer can pay the purchase price and shipping costs for the ordered items by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments, or bank transfer. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods for individual orders and refer customers to another payment method. If the ordered goods are unavailable, any amount paid in advance will be refunded immediately or credited back to the corresponding credit card.

2.1 Credit Card
We offer payment by credit card in all countries. The financial information involved in credit card transactions (card number, expiration date, etc.) is automatically transmitted using an encrypted protocol, without www.so-sue.com or third parties having access to it in any way. This information is never used again, except for refunds in the event of returns. Please note that this is a direct debit.

2.2 PayPal
We offer payment via PayPal in all countries. You pay directly through your PayPal account. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal, where you authorize the order amount. As soon as our PayPal account has been notified of your authorization, the order will be shipped, depending on the delivery time stated for the item. You can find PayPal's terms and conditions here.

2.3 Bank transfer
We offer payment by bank transfer in advance in all countries:

2.4 Online security
www.so-sue.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security software. This is an asymmetric encryption method on the internet that protects your credit card details from interception and manipulation during transmission. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read this data when it is transmitted over the internet.

2.5 Stripe
www.so-sue.com works with the payment provider Stripe. This is a simple solution for credit card payments. You can find the Privacy Policy here.

2.6 Shopify Payments

SoSUE GmbH offers payment processing via Shopify Payments in its online shop at www.so-sue.com. Shopify Payments is an integrated payment service provided by Shopify International Ltd., 2nd Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland, which enables a variety of payment methods.

2.6.1 Payment methods via Shopify Payments

Customers can use the following payment methods via Shopify Payments:

• Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
• Apple Pay & Google Pay (for mobile and digital payments)
• Instant bank transfer (Klarna) (only available in certain countries)
• SEPA Direct Debit (EU only)

The available payment methods are displayed automatically during checkout and may vary by country.

2.6.2 Payment Processing

• The payment method is charged immediately after the order is completed.
• Payment processing takes place directly through Shopify Payments, which acts as the payment service provider.
• SoSUE GmbH does not have access to the customer's sensitive payment data.
• Payment information is processed via an encrypted SSL connection.
• After a successful transaction, the customer receives a payment confirmation by email.

2.6.3 Security and Data Protection with Shopify Payments

Shopify Payments uses state-of-the-art encryption and security measures to secure payment transactions. All transactions are processed using PCI DSS-certified encryption. Data is transmitted over a TLS (Transport Layer Security)-secured connection to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.

2.6.4 Refunds via Shopify Payments

• In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original payment.
• Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and the respective bank.
• Any fees or currency conversions incurred through third-party providers (e.g., credit card companies or banks) will not be covered by SoSUE GmbH.

2.6.5 Liability & Payment Defaults

• If a payment fails or is charged back for reasons for which SOSUE GmbH is not responsible, SOSUE GmbH reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the purchase contract.
• The customer is responsible for any costs associated with chargebacks (e.g., due to insufficient funds or credit card rejection).
• SoSUE GmbH reserves the right to forward outstanding claims to a debt collection agency in the event of payment defaults.
