Reset for autumn: Fasting & juice cleanses

Reset für den Herbst: Fasten & Saftkuren

Summer is over, and with it our holiday adventures and
culinary escapades have come to an end. Whether we soaked up the sun on Ibiza
enjoyed, relaxed on the Baltic Sea, partied on Mykonos, on Mallorca
relaxed or explored the culinary wonders of Italy, one thing is certain:
Summer has treated us to plenty of culinary delights and perhaps the occasional
another glass of wine or Aperol. But now, with autumn just around the corner,
it is time to give our body a well-deserved break and prepare it to
a gentle way to reset.

What is juice fasting?

Juice fasting is a proven method to detoxify the body and recharge energy
to recharge. In this type of fasting, solid foods are replaced for a limited period, often
3-7 days, replacing solid foods with freshly pressed juices. These juices
usually consist of a variety of fruits and vegetables rich in
nutrients and antioxidants. Juice fasting allows the
digestive system to regenerate as it is less burdened, and
supports the elimination of toxins from the body.

Why fast? What are the benefits?

Fasting has a long history and is done for various reasons
practiced. Here are some of the benefits of juice fasting:

  • Detoxification: Juice fasting removes toxins and waste from the body, leading to better overall well-being.
  • Weight loss: Juice fasting can help lose excess pounds and regulate body weight.
  • Increase in energy: Many people report feeling more energetic and vital after a juice cleanse.
  • Improvement of the skin: Juice fasting can lead to more radiant skin and a clearer complexion.
  • Strengthening the immune system: The intake of vitamins and minerals strengthens the immune system.

Our favorite juice cleanses for autumn:

1. Rootine: The Rootine juice cleanse is perfect for autumn as it is rich in root vegetables like carrots and beets. These vegetables are known for their detoxifying properties and their ability to strengthen the immune system. Convenient: if you are in Munich, you can pick up the juices directly at their own store Rootine Wellness Club (Fraunhoferstraße 36, 80469 Munich, Germany). Otherwise, they also deliver throughout Germany.

2. Daluma: Daluma offers a wide range of juice cleanses that are both delicious and nutrient-rich. Divided into 3, 5, or 7-day cleanses, you will find the right juice cleanse here for every occasion. Especially exciting is the Rehab juice with black activated charcoal.

3. Kale&Me: The juice cleanses from Kale&Me are known for their high-quality ingredients and delicious taste. For the brave, there is also a pure vegetable juice cleanse.

4. The Frank Juice: For those of you who don’t want to do without something warm, there is also a soup cleanse here, where you can consume a warm meal in addition to juices. A particularly good idea for beginners.

5. Voelkel: Voelkel offers organic juices free from artificial additives. The “fasting box” is available in almost every organic supermarket around the corner. Especially practical for those of you who want to start immediately and don’t want to wait for shipping.

Overall, juice fasting is an effective method to revitalize the body after a summer break and prepare for the upcoming autumn months. Choose the juice cleanse that suits you best and enjoy the numerous health benefits it offers. Your body will thank you when you embark on this refreshing journey to strengthen your health and clear your mind.
