1. Cap Rocat - Bellavista
Cap Rocat is located in a fortress built to monitor Palma Bay. The restoration was a major challenge as the facilities had to be converted into a hotel while complying with the strict regulations for a building declared a cultural heritage site and under monument protection. The fortress is situated in a nature reserve and blends perfectly into the landscape. Cap Rocat was fully renovated by Antonio Obrador, taking into account the unique architecture and natural surroundings. The project was awarded, among others, the Europa Nostra Award.
