#5 Movement of the body is always on the agenda.

Whether it's 10,000 steps a day or a full yoga session. The main thing is to try to make your everyday life as active as possible. A great way to achieve this is workout videos on YouTube. This way, you can squeeze in a few minutes of exercise between cooking and picking up the kids. For defining the abs, Alexis Ren is the right contact – Vanessa from our SoSUE team swears by her butt workout. For all Pilates lovers among you, Move with Nicole comes highly recommended.

#4 Go Vegan! This trend advocates a conscious and green
Nutrition to start spring as energized as possible. January is now over, but the good resolutions still stand. How about simply pushing the vegan January into March? For those who initially exclude a vegan diet, we still have something up our sleeve. Because abstinence is unfortunately unavoidable for a successful detox! So instead of giving up animal products, you could apply this concept to sweets or alcohol. Just leave them out for a while and watch how gratefully your body will respond.

#3 Without Insta: Digital detox addresses any form of restricted
consumption behavior. Detox helps not only the physical but also the mental
health. A so-called digital detox therefore means refraining from all digital media for the time being
putting aside. Conscious use of social media reduces overconsumption
and addictive potential. In addition, by abstaining, you have time for other things that would otherwise be spent on
fall by the wayside… And SoSUE is still there even after your digital abstinence.

There are even apps to help reduce your screen time. In the app Forest you set how long you want to put the smartphone aside, and during that time a small plant grows on the screen. You also collect coins. These coins can then be donated and real trees are planted! Sounds good: less time on the smartphone and saving the environment, right?!

#2 Want a magic potion? Currently very trendy is the so-called bone broth. Whether from
beef, fish, or chicken. Bone broth is a real all-rounder. It contains a variety
minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, or silicon. It is made by
boiling bones, but nowadays you can also get bone broth in the
buy at the supermarket. A glass in the morning and you are prepared for the day. The body finds it
it is very easy to absorb the minerals. In addition, digestion and
Immune system strengthened by the increase of the broth. You can either cook bone broth yourself or already buy ready-made.

#1 Last but not least, our true detox classic and favorite of all spring diets: One
Juice cleanse! Juice cleanses have been trending for years and for good reason! They help eliminate bad
to break eating habits and really reset the body. In addition,
the will is strengthened to take on this challenge and relieve the gut. The
Digestion consumes a lot of the body's own energy. Whether a juice cleanse lasts three days
or a whole week is up to the individual. Never done it before? Definitely
try it out. The Frank Juice or Kale & Me are the right contacts here.

The big sister of the juice cleanse? A gut cleanse, for example from XbyX Women. A gut cleanse is a 30-day program with 4 phases, so more long-term and ambitious. The gut is cleansed and relieved—for a healthier life with better digestion, more energy, and a good gut feeling.

What are you waiting for? Let's go! Now we are ready in 2023 to be the best version of ourselves
show - with fresh energy and enthusiasm!

Have fun!
