Alcohol-free alternatives are called Nolo drinks: No or low alcohol! Tabea from the SoSUE team has done her research and tried them out. Find out which alcohol-free alternatives are currently dominating the market!
1. Gin
As we all know, a good gin & tonic doesn't do any harm, but it also tempts you to have a second or third drink. The next day, your head will be buzzing a little. Gin without alcohol is the solution here, as it tastes just as fresh and also puts you in a good mood the next day. Here from Mesano.
2. Wine
Alcohol-free wine is very easy to obtain: grape juice! Here from Dreissigacker with added fizz. The alcohol-free wine is described as refreshing and sparkling. We like!
3. Prosecco
A glass of bubbly for a toast is fun! To keep a clear head, we recommend the Secco from Senzo. This sparkling wine is flavoured with fruit, blossom honey and nutmeg.
4. Bier
Non-alcoholic beer has long been established and is also popular with athletes due to its electrolytes. "Non-alcoholic craft beer" is therefore part of the current trend movement and definitely worth a try. Here from VandeStreek.
5. Aperol
Aperol aka "orange gold" was probably the trend beverage worldwide this summer. This bittersweet aperitif is also available non-alcoholic. To buy from Polly.
As you can see, there is already a wide range of alcohol-free alternatives on the market. It has never been so easy to cut back drinking without actually cutting back drinking. Give it a try!
