#5 Moving the body is always on the agenda. Let it be 10,000 steps a day or a full yoga session. Mainly, try to make your everyday life as active as possible. A great way to achieve this are workout videos on YouTube. You can squeeze in a few minutes of exercise between cooking and picking up the kids. #4 Have you heard of Veganuary? This is a combination of the words Vegan and January. This trend advocates a conscious and green diet to start the new year as energetically as possible. Even though January is already over now, how about doing Veganuary in Februar? It is never too late to realise your New Year resolutions! Those who are not interested in a vegan diet for the time being, we still have something up our sleeve. Unfortunately, renounce is unavoidable for a successful detox! So instead of giving up animal products, you could apply this concept to sweets or alcohol. Just leave them out and see how grateful your body will react.

#3 Without Insta: Digital Detox deals with any form of restricted consumption. Detox not only helps your physical health, but also your mental health. A so-called digital detox means putting aside all digital media for the time being. Conscious use of social media reduces overconsumption and the potential for addiction. In addition, leaving social media behind for a bit gives you time for other things that you normally don't have time for. And SoSUE will still be there after your digital abstinence.

#2 Magic potion: So-called bone broth is hot right now. Whether from beef, fish or chicken. Bone broth is a real all-rounder. It contains a multitude of minerals such as calcium, magnesium or phosphorus. It is produced by boiling bones, but you can also buy bone broth in the supermarket. A glass in the morning and you are ready for the day. It is very easy for the body to absorb the minerals. In addition, digestion and immune system are strengthened by the intake of said broth.

#1 Last but not least, a true detox classic and favourite of all spring diets: a juice cleanse! Juice cleanses have been trending for years... and rightly so! They help to get rid of bad eating habits and reset the body. In addition, the will is strengthened to face this challenge and to relieve the intestines. The digestion requires a lot of energy from the body. Whether a juice cleanse lasts three days or a whole week is up to you. Never done it before? Please, try it out!
